On a heartfelt mission of compassion, Bulafu Ibrahim, the Director of Bulafu Ibraheem Foundation, visited an elderly woman residing in Nauyo, Munkaga, Mbale City, Uganda. During his visit, he delivered a food package to support her immediate nutritional needs.
The elderly woman, frail and living alone, is currently staying in a house that is on the verge of collapse. The structure, made of mud and aging timber, poses a serious risk to her safety and wellbeing. Deeply moved by her condition, Mr. Bulafu Ibrahim made a public appeal for further support to help improve her living situation.
He is requesting kind-hearted individuals, organizations, and well-wishers to assist by providing a mattress to ensure she no longer sleeps on the cold floor. More urgently, he is calling for support towards the construction of a single-room shelter to give this old woman a safe and dignified place to live.
“This is not just a visit,” Mr. Bulafu said. “It is a reminder that our elders deserve love, care, and shelter in their final years. Let us join hands and give her a safe place to call home.”
The Bulafu Ibraheem Foundation remains committed to supporting the vulnerable across Uganda, and with your help, we can change more lives.
